    scale, regional knowledge and dedication to service infuse over a century of experience with the spirit of a startup– developing smarter ways to bring energy to the world.Role Summary: GE Africa’s Early Profession Graduate Internship Programme is a 12-month leadership program designed to give recent university/college graduates challenging work tasks, training and development, and direct exposure to leadership.Essential Responsibilities: Partner with HR and organisation group to establish and release an EVP method for BHGE Nigeria Assistance HR group with a country-specific interactions & engagement strategy Coordinate and help in deriving coordinating employee engagement activities throughout numerous websites Support HR culture interactions on PD, Culture Pillars, HR-specific announcements, etc.Partner with local HRMs on combination initiatives– peer-to-peer sessions, cross-PC learning sessions, HR knowing sessions, etc.Support regional HRMs with transactional activities(e.g. tracking of leave balances)not covered by HRSC/HR Ops Other duties or projects as needed Qualifications/Requirements: University degree in Worker Management/Human Resources/Communications/Psychology/ Marketing or any of the Social Sciences Application Due Date: Undefined See the Official Website of
