Appreciation to Rhealyz Africa’s Outstanding Team Members and Advocates

“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” –Henry Ford

We journeyed through 2021 together because each of our team members and advocates kept putting in their best to ensure that our projects are successful.

We achieved a lot of milestones because everyone ensured that they contributed their quota to our activities.

We were able to consistently hold ‘Our World’ on FUTA 93.1FM, an advocacy program during which we talk about issues affecting us in society ranging from Gender-based Violence, harmful traditional practices, and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. The radio show often anchored by Praise Ojumu and Ayomide Adebisi, other members of the team, Alade Peace, Feranmi Omolade, Oluwakemi Ologbese, Abana Asabe, and Boluwaji Olofinkua who although joined towards the end of the year, was able to effectively contribute her quota to ensure the success of the radio show.

Also, we were able to host advocacy events in various locations due to the support of our advocates across board. Thanks to Morenikeji Aromire who has been able to represent us in Ibadan successfully, Joseph Deborah for her consistent support and advocacy in Calabar, Akeju Praise, a passionate End FGM advocate in Akungba.

To our creative and design team- Praise Ojumu who had to work severally through the night and at other times, on very short deadlines and notice but we still deliver. To other members of the team who worked on our designs, Eunice Adewusi and JesusisLord Joshua.

Our project manager in Lagos was also able to successfully manage our project in Lagos while Madeline Mendy provided support in The Gambia. Joy Anthony contributed her quota by providing suggestions and support to ensure that we move forward as an organization. Tolulope Oyesanmi was not left behind in any case, always willing to provide support where necessary.  Also to the project manager, Damilola Oluwadahun, who always ensured that all hands are on deck and that all projects were carefully and successfully done.

To our team Leader and program director- Ireti Emmanuel Adesida, thanks for leading us rightly and providing the help and support we needed at every point in time.

Our Girls CAP Project, Kit-a-Child, Talk Shows, were all successful, thanks to every one of you. We believe that the New Year will be better.

This is Rhealyz Africa saying thank you to each of you. May we continue to soar!

Happy New Year.
